Ordering
Placing an order with Prim-n-Raggedy is very simple. To do this simply follow all prompts through out the site. If you experience any troubles you can email me using the contact information on my Contact Us page.
If you would like the cart to remember your details for future purchases, simply check the box that says "r you can go straight to checkout entering your deatils with each visit.
Please note that this total does not include shipping costs. I will email you with the total cost once I have received your order.
Payments
I accept Paypal, direct deposit (my bank details and mailing address will be emailed to you once your order has been received), cheque (funds must clear before I send any goodies) and money orders. Please make Cheques and money orders out to Danielle Deex
Shipping and Insurance
Shipping methods are, Australia Post or if you live in the area I accept pickups. Please note, I do not take any resposibility for lost or damaged parcels. I recommend you insure your purchases for an added cost of $2.95 for your protection. If by chance your parcel goes missing please contact me ASAP and I will do my best to investigate. I always keep the receipt for proof of postage should you require it. Any order paid via paypal or over the amount of $50 will have the cost of registered post added to your invoice.
I do not make any money on postage, so therefore I offer the best rate possible. If you would like a quote on postage before purchasing please feel free to email me and I can let you know.
Returns and Refunds (conditions apply) I am happy to refund if you are not 100% happy with your purchase/s. The item needs to be shipped back to me within 7 days (at your expense) in original condition and only then will a refund of the purchase amount be given. Credit or exchange is also available where possible. If you have any other enquires please email me any time, I will be only too happy to help if I can.
