Yep he is ugly, but yet oh so cute and very prim. This young chap has been stained baked grunged, sanded and baked again to achieve his grubby look. He has been weighted slightly so if manoeuvred correctly he will stand by himself or simply prop him against another one of your collectables. Around his neck is a grubby tie made from torn, burgundy check homespun and a grubby tag that reads OLDE CROW.

If you love the prim look then you will love this little guy. He is so cute. Handmade by me out of calico then grunged and baked for the grubby/prim look. I have added buttons, homespun, grubby tag and a rusty bell. A must have for every country/primitive home.

I remember having one of this when i was a little girl, so when I stumbled across the pattern from Primfolks By Judy, I knew I had to have it. And here she is ... made from stained calico, I left one half stained and painted the other half black.
Both girls are wearing burgundy striped dresses and a stained calico apron, with a rusty pin and bell, they measure 19" from head to head.
